Weekday deals allow passengers to park close and fly on time
Oakland, Calif. – July 29, 2024: Passengers flying out of the San Francisco Bay Oakland International Airport (OAK) will enjoy weekday discounts (Monday through Thursday) for on-site parking reservations. The new promotion kicks off this summer on August 1, 2024, and runs through October 31, 2024, ushering in the fall travel season.
On-site OAK parking is located close to the terminals, taking the guesswork out of when shuttles to remote parking facilities might come.
“Our airport parking spaces are the most convenient for OAK travelers because they are closest to the terminals,” said Port of Oakland Director of Aviation Craig Simon. “The Weekday Discount program is designed to encourage our customers to take advantage of OAK’s affordable parking and the ease of getting in and out of the airport in record time.”
New Discounts
- $4 off all reservations in the Daily Parking Lot and an additional $2 off per day on weekdays
- $2 per day off all weekday reservations in the Economy Parking Lot
Online reservations can be made up to two hours prior to arrival at Hourly, Daily, Economy, and Premier lots.
OAK on-site parking facilities offer special features, like free electric vehicle charging in some locations, dedicated Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) special needs spaces, and call boxes offering 24/7 assistance.
Daily Parking Reservation Rate
- $22 for all 24-hour periods starting on Friday through Sunday
- $20 for all 24-hour periods starting on Monday through Thursday
Economy Parking Reservation Rate
- $18 for all 24-hour periods starting on Friday through Sunday
- $16 for all 24-hour periods starting on Monday through Thursday
Note: this discount applies based on the start of each 24-hour period and is only available through booking a reservation.
